This year’s format is intentionally smaller, more hands-on, and built around deeper access to educators. Here are answers to the most common questions.
Where is Photo Palooza being held?
Photo Palooza PNW will be held at The Lounge – Creative Studio

Is this still a conference?
Yes — but now in a smaller, more immersive workshop format with extended sessions and more educator access.
What is included with my $199 ticket?
Access to all four educator workshops, both days of programming, group rotations, and the Tuesday evening closing party.
How do group rotations work?
Attendees split into smaller groups so everyone gets a better shooting and learning experience. Groups switch educators in the afternoon.
When should I arrive?
VIP events are Sunday. Main programming begins Monday with welcome introduction at 9:30 AM.
Can I drive to the event?
Yes — and many attendees will.

What should I bring?
Bring your camera, preferred lenses, memory cards, batteries, and optional flash gear if you’d like to practice with your own equipment.
Are food options nearby?
Yes — lunch break is built into the schedule and there are restaurant options near the studio.
Will there still be VIP experiences?
VIP details are still being finalized and will be announced separately.
What is the refund policy?
All registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at registration.
